On Thursday evening, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a case against Bilquies Shah for funding a terrorist attack. She is the wife of Shabir Ahmad Shah, president of the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party. The ED filed a Prosecution Complaint under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, in the Special Court, Patiala House, Delhi.
