Mayim Bialik took to her social media today to express disappointment over lack of support for Israeli hostages being abducted by Hamas militants on October 7 on Oscars’ stage.
“I sure wish every single human being at the Oscars would have worn a yellow ribbon to show support for Hamas immediately returning the hostages who have been held since they were seized from their homes on October 7 – including American citizens,” wrote the actress in he Instagram post.
Meanwhile at the Oscars, among the guests and nominees were numerous on the red carpet such as Poor Things actor Ramy Youssef, Oscar-nominated actor Mark Ruffalo, as well as Barbie ‘What Was I Made For?’ songwriting team of Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell all donning the pins.
Ramy told Deadline that the pins were referring to “for artist for ceasefire.”
