Kangana Ranaut, who was quite vocal about SSR’s sudden death has pointed out nepotism as the main reason behind his death. Sushant died on 14th June, 2020 and his father has accused Rhea Chakraborty for having abetted his suicide under Section 306. Vikas Singh, the lawyer representing sushant’s father in his ongoing case has dismissed all opinions of Kangana on this matter.
In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla Vikas said, “She is trying to further her own agenda and attack people she has personal issue with to settle her own scores. She seems to be on her own trip. The familys FIR has nothing to do with her claims at all”.
Kangana has gone onto accuse Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra for sidelining Sushant’s career in Bollywood. She also recently asked the Indian government to take away KJo’s Padma Shri, and had promised to return her Padma Shri if the allegations were proven to be untrue.
Previously in a seperate interview with Pinkvilla, Vikas had said that, “If tomorrow the Mumbai Police feel that any outsider or any person who comes from a small town to this industry needs protection they feel like it is a cognisable offence, then they can go ahead and do that angle. In my legal mind, it doesn’t really require the police to go into this matter. Maybe an actor’s association or a producers association can take this matter but I don’t think that this case has anything to do with what Kangana has suggested or anybody else is talking about”.
Sushant’s case is now being investigated by CBI after Supreme court passed the verdict.And ED is investigating the allegations of money laundering against Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty.
