Kangana Ranaut once again bagged the Best Actress Award in the 67th National Film Award. The actress won the award for her films ‘Manikarnika’ and ‘Panga’. Kangana has earlier received three National Awards for ‘Fashion’, ‘Queen’ and ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns.’

At the trailer launch of her upcoming film Thalaivi, Kangana Ranaut ditched her ‘babbar sherni’ image. The actress sobbed as she praised and thanked her director, Vijay, for believing in her talent. She spoke very highly of A.L. Vijay.

She said, “Never in my life have a met a man who has not made be feel apologetic about my talent, He is one person who have made me feel proud of my Talent.”

She also added, “Usually the male hero is given priority in the Industry, which the Females never receive. As I director I have learned from him to treat actors and how to show creative partnership.”

Further, Kangana Ranaut shared a video on Twitter of herself crying on stage, and wrote, “I call myself Babbar Sherni cause I never cry I never give anyone the privilege of making me cry, don’t remember when I cried last but today I cried and cried and cried and it feels so good #ThalaiviTrailer.”
