The Korean mystery thriller The Price of Confession is finally coming to Netflix. The show will start streaming on December 5 and will have 12 episodes. A new teaser released on November 6 gives a glimpse of the suspense and tension awaiting viewers, starring Jeon Do Yeon and Kim Go Eun.

The story follows An Yoon Soo, played by Jeon Do Yeon, an art teacher living a normal life until tragedy strikes. Her husband is murdered, but despite insisting she isn’t responsible, she ends up in prison. Inside, she meets Mo Eun, played by Kim Go Eun, who is feared by the other inmates and known as the “witch” of the prison. While most avoid her, An Yoon Soo and Mo Eun form a connection, leading to a shocking deal.

To clear her name, An Yoon Soo must commit an actual murder. This moral dilemma forms the core of the story, highlighting the “price” she has to pay to escape the crime she didn’t commit. The teaser hints at An Yoon Soo’s strange behavior landing her in trouble, while Mo Eun seizes the opportunity to manipulate the situation to her advantage.

The series is directed by Lee Jung Hyo, known for Crash Landing on You and Doona!, with Kwon Jong Kwan, writer of Proof of Innocence, handling the screenplay. The cast also includes Jin Seon Kyu, Park Hae Soo, Choi Young Joon, Nam Da Reum, and others, promising a gripping and suspenseful drama for the end of the year.
