Zac Brown and estranged wife Kelly Yazdi “are in the process of divorce,” confirmed by his representative to Fox News Digital.
In a joint statement, they wrote, “We are in the process of divorce. Our mutual respect for one another remains.”
Further ahead in the statement, they mentioned that they appreciate their time together and requested privacy as they navigate this personal matter.
The former couple got married in August in Georgia and hosted a wedding reception last month at a bowling alley, as per the reports of Fox News Digital, citing sources.
Zac proposed to Kelly during their vacation in 2022. The sources had informed that the former couple kept their proposal very private and it was indeed quite intimate, as per PEOPLE.
The ‘Chicken Fried’ singer was previously married to Shelly Brown. He announced divorce from Shelly in 2018 after 12 years of marriage. The duo share five children together.
