The 12:30 pm flight from Delhi to Kabul was initially scheduled to fly at 8:30 pm on Sunday. Air India's AI 126 Chicago-Delhi flight was diverted to Gulf airspace.
 
                  
"I can't believe the world abandoned Afghanistan. Our friends are going to get killed. They (Taliban) are going to kill us. Our women are not going to have any more rights," said a woman who arrived at the Delhi airport from Kabul.
