Stocks to watch: ACC, Tata Power, Adani Group, Glenmark Pharma, M&M Financial Services and more

Stocks to keep an eye on today: The trading session on Thursday will centre on shares of companies like Keystone Realtors, ACC, Tata Power, Biocon, and Adani, among others.

The Singapore Exchange’s Nifty futures traded 97 points, or 0.53 percent, higher at 18,474, indicating that Dalal Street was likely to have a successful start on Thursday.

Realtors Keystone: Today, the company will make its debut on the BSE and NSE. The price per share for the issuance has been set at Rs 541.

ACC: On Wednesday, the Adani group-owned cement company said that the non-disposal obligation (NDU) on its shares has been waived by its promoter, Ambuja Cements. In September, the corporation had established the NDU on more than 93.9 million shares, or more than a 50.05% holding, in ACC.

Tata Power: In a blow for the corporation, the Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected its appeal against the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission’s (MERC) choice to nominate Adani Electricity for a Rs 7,000 crore transmission project near Mumbai.

JSW Energy: To finance its project, group company JSW Renewable Energy (Vijayanagar) Ltd. (JREVL) is seeking a term loan of about Rs. 3,900 crore. The electricity division of the JSW group will also utilise the funds to pay back Letter of credit (LC) facilities when they come due.

TCS: ITI and Bengaluru-based Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services provider, have submitted proposals for the deployment of a 4G network for Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL).

Adani group: According to persons with knowledge of the situation, the Adani group was pursuing sovereign wealth funds to raise about $5 billion in equity across its vast corporate empire and lower leverage.

Biocon: Liraglutide, a drug-device combination for the treatment and control of Type 2 diabetes and obesity, was developed by Biocon in a vertically integrated, complicated formulation. Zentiva has agreed to commercialise Liraglutide in Europe.

Can Fin Homes: Can Fin Homes’ board meeting on November 28 will discuss the interim dividend. Additionally, it will establish the record date for any interim dividend payments.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services: The Life Insurance Corporation of India now owns a total of 7.02 percent of M&M Financial Services after acquiring an additional 2% investment in the company.

Glenmark Pharma: The company has been advised that the Goa (India) facility has now received a warning letter from the US FDA.

HG Infra: Adani Road Transport Limited notified the company by email on November 23, 2022, that the authority has declared November 3 as the appointed date for a project costing Rs. 4970 crore.
