Ranveer Singh announces 5 years of Dil Dhadakne Do, Zoya Akhtar wants him to take her back

On this filmy Friday 5th June ’20, “Dil Dhadakne Do” completes five grand years. A film which is helmed by talented director Zoya Akhtar,featured Bollywood A-listers including Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Anushka Sharma.This movie revolved around Mehras and showcased their dysfunctional family, which appealed to the audience. The big cruise, upbeat songs, fancy star-cast and distorted relationships , contributed to the success of the film.

Today as the movie completes five years, Ranveer Singh took to his Instagram handle, to share a super cool picture of him from the set of the movie. He looks charming with a mischievous smile, and we are falling for Kabir all over again. As soon as this picture was dropped on Instagram, fans showered love to the actor. Director Zoya Akhtar also commented, “Take me back ❤️” Have a look at this dashing actor.

1. Diligent Piggy-chops
Priyanka went straight from the shoot of “Mary Kom” to begin shooting for “DDD.” The actress, who had put on her boxing role in “Mary Kom,” lost 7 kilos in 20 days to get into her look for “DDD.” Even then, during the initial shoot of “DDD,” Priyanka did have to hide her leftover biceps.

2. Well, that’s what we call fun at work!
The cast and the crew (of over 2000 members) of the film, partied almost every other night on the ship as they had nowhere else to go. On the cruise, the cast celebrated not only Anil’s 30th Anniversary, but Priyanka’s and Ranveer’s birthday as well.

3. Life Saviour Farhan!
While shooting on the beach in Anatolia, Ranveer Singh’s hairdresser took a but unfortunately a high wave swept her away from the shore. Farhan saw her from afar, and immediately dived in and saved her life.

4. Finally, they witnessed the magic!
Throughout the shooting schedule on the cruise in the Mediterranean Sea, the crew kept hoping to see some dolphins around their ship, but none appeared. Then, on the very last day, they were treated to a visual delight of seeing about 50 dolphins splashing around in the waters around the ship! Wowieee

5. And, this one is our favourite!
Well,the upbeat party song Gallan Goodiyaan was shot entirely in one take to bring in the real effect of a family just dancing and partying together. The stars did a lot of rehearsals before doing the final take. Even portions of the title track were done in one take. Can you believe that?
