HDB Financial Services has announced the launch of its All-Women Branch in Madurai, aimed at strengthening gender diversity in the BFSI sector and improving financial accessibility in Aspirational India.
The newly launched branch will be fully managed and operated by women employees. The company said the initiative is intended to create leadership opportunities for women professionals across branch operations, customer engagement and decision-making functions.
The branch will also focus on improving credit accessibility and promoting financial awareness among women customers in the region.
