This new lease spans approximately 4.92 lakh square feet, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding large-format managed campuses in key enterprise corridors.
Sattva Aura is strategically located on the Marathahalli – Sarjapur stretch of the Outer Ring Road, which is Bengaluru’s premier Grade-A commercial corridor. This area is known for its high concentration of technology parks and multinational occupiers, making it a prime location for office spaces. The micro-market hosts leading technology companies and Global Capability Centres, making it a preferred destination for office setups.
The location benefits from robust urban infrastructure and public transport networks, including airport connectivity and a variety of hospitality and business amenities nearby, making it an attractive option for large enterprises and GCCs.
