TTK Prestige reported a strong turnaround in its Q4 FY26 performance, with profit after minority interest standing at Rs 36.82 crore compared to a loss of Rs 40.64 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, supported by higher revenue growth and lower exceptional losses.

Revenue for the March quarter rose 12.26% year-on-year to Rs 729.17 crore from Rs 649.56 crore reported in Q4 FY25. On a sequential basis, revenue declined 9.01% from the previous quarter.

Operational performance also improved during the quarter. EBITDA increased 33.67% year-on-year to Rs 66.94 crore compared to Rs 50.08 crore in the year-ago period, while EBITDA margin expanded to 9.18% from 7.71% in Q4 FY25. Sequentially, EBITDA declined 6.90%, though margins improved slightly from 8.97% in Q3 FY26.

Profit before tax excluding exceptional items stood at Rs 58.39 crore, rising 28.67% year-on-year from Rs 45.38 crore. However, it declined 10.21% on a quarter-on-quarter basis.

The company reported a smaller exceptional loss of Rs 1.82 crore during Q4 FY26 compared with a significantly larger exceptional loss of Rs 71.42 crore reported in Q4 FY25, which substantially aided the bottom-line recovery.

Other income for the quarter stood at Rs 17.43 crore compared to Rs 17.83 crore in the corresponding quarter last year and Rs 17.20 crore in the previous quarter.
