Godrej Properties Limited has awarded construction contracts worth approximately INR 1,100 crore to Tata Projects for three of its residential projects along Golf Course Road in Gurgaon.
This is the largest single construction contract award by Godrej Properties to date.
Project Details
The contracts cover three projects:
- Godrej Sora
- Godrej Astra
- Godrej Samaris
Godrej Samaris is an upcoming project spanning approximately 7.41 acres. All three projects are located along Golf Course Road in Gurgaon.
Partnership Scope
Tata Projects has been awarded contracts for core and shell construction works across these three projects.
