This strategic acquisition strengthens Suditi’s position in the growing kidswear market by leveraging its vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, robust supply chain, and technology expertise.
Gini & Jony, known for its strong brand presence, will be transformed through Suditi’s omni-channel strategy, which includes Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Large Format Stores (LFS), and e-commerce platforms. Suditi Industries aims to blend Gini & Jony’s rich heritage with its operational strengths to redefine the kidswear category in India.
