Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited reported a sharp rise in revenue and profitability for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven by strong operational performance and margin expansion.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for Q4FY26 stood at ₹695.87 crore, more than doubling from ₹333.81 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter surged to ₹60.61 crore compared to ₹7.66 crore in Q4FY25.
EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹77.68 crore, sharply higher than ₹13.76 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin expanded to around 11.2% in Q4FY26 from nearly 4.1% a year earlier.
Total income for the quarter rose to ₹702.91 crore against ₹334.04 crore in Q4FY25. Total expenses increased to ₹640.71 crore from ₹326.40 crore during the same period last year.
Employee benefit expenses for the quarter stood at ₹6.67 crore, while finance costs came in at ₹14.36 crore. Depreciation expense during the quarter was reported at ₹8.16 crore.
Profit before tax for Q4FY26 increased significantly to ₹62.20 crore compared to ₹7.65 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
On a full-year basis, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,910.10 crore for FY26, compared to ₹1,111.54 crore in FY25. Consolidated net profit for FY26 stood at ₹158.17 crore against ₹34.50 crore reported in the previous year.
The company’s total comprehensive income for FY26 rose to ₹158.16 crore, compared to ₹34.51 crore in FY25.
