KPI Green Energy Limited has strengthened its position in India’s fast-growing renewable energy sector after receiving significant new orders related to large-scale solar power development at Khavda in Gujarat. The company has secured supply and onsite service contracts for the Balance of System (BoS) package covering an aggregate 534 MW solar power capacity, marking another major milestone in its execution journey.

The supply orders have been awarded by Adani Green Energy Limited, while the onsite service orders have been received from Adani Green Energy Six Limited. Both contracts relate to utility-scale solar power projects located at Khavda, one of India’s most prominent renewable energy hubs.

Under the Balance of System scope, KPI Green Energy will be responsible for a comprehensive range of activities. The supply component includes manufacturing, procurement, packing, transportation, factory acceptance testing, and the delivery of commissioning spares, mandatory spares, consumables, and associated materials. In addition, the onsite services cover receipt and unloading of materials, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, and complete civil, mechanical, and electrical works, followed by handing over and performance guarantee testing for the solar power projects.

These orders have been awarded by domestic entities and do not fall under related party transactions, with no promoter or group company interest involved. The projects are planned to be executed in a phased manner, aligned strictly with the timelines and schedules defined in the respective contracts.

The 534 MW BoS package significantly enhances KPI Green Energy’s order book visibility and reinforces its growing reputation as a reliable execution partner for large utility-scale solar developments. The contracts are also strategically aligned with the company’s long-term objective of scaling up its BoS and EPC capabilities across marquee renewable energy projects in India.
