HDFC Securities has announced a hybrid and remote work policy for employees across its corporate and support functions, effective June 1, 2026, as part of its strategy to create a more flexible and employee-centric workplace.

Under the new arrangement, departments including Operations, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Risk, Compliance, Legal & Secretarial, Research and Marketing will work remotely for two days every week over the next two months. The company said the model would be reviewed later based on operational requirements and external conditions.

Commenting on the initiative, Neetika Bhatia, Chief Human Resource Officer, HDFC Securities said, “Our vision is to lead by example in redefining the future of work and by building a resilient, innovative, and employee-centric culture that drives excellence. The hybrid model exemplifies our unwavering commitment to empowering our employees, fostering agility, and delivering unparalleled service to our clients.”

The company added that its Engineering, Customer Experience and Digital Account Opening teams will continue operating on a fully remote and location-agnostic basis.

HDFC Securities also highlighted that all its branches have been observing full Saturday offs since April 1, 2026, replacing the earlier schedule of remaining open on select Saturdays.
