
BLS International Services Limited reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ending December 31, 2024 (Q3 FY25), with significant growth in revenue and profitability. The company’s results highlight its strong execution capabilities and demand-driven growth in the service sector.
The company’s total revenue from operations rose to Rs 512.85 crore in Q3 FY25, reflecting a 17.12% increase from Rs 437.88 crore in the corresponding period last year. Total income, including other income, amounted to Rs 527.55 crore, up from Rs 447.04 crore in Q3 FY24. The revenue growth is attributed to the company’s expanding global presence and strategic partnerships in visa processing and citizen services.
Net profit for the quarter surged by 46.68% to Rs 127.90 crore compared to Rs 87.18 crore in Q3 FY24. The sharp increase in net profit demonstrates the company’s ability to manage operating expenses while scaling revenue. Profit before tax rose to Rs 140.19 crore from Rs 90.99 crore, marking strong operational growth.
On the expenses front, the total expenditure for the quarter stood at Rs 387.35 crore, up from Rs 356.05 crore in Q3 FY24. The cost of services accounted for a major portion of expenses, amounting to Rs 223.25 crore. However, the company maintained a healthy margin despite the rising cost structure, benefiting from increased efficiency in its operations.
BLS International also reported an improvement in its financial metrics on a quarter-over-quarter basis, with revenue increasing from Rs 495.01 crore in Q2 FY25 to Rs 512.85 crore in Q3 FY25. The strong bottom-line growth and operational efficiency indicate the company’s ability to sustain momentum in the coming quarters.
