Quality Power Electrical Equipments’ material step-down subsidiary, Endoks Enerji Anonim Şirketi, has secured a significant international order for the supply and integration of a battery energy storage system. The order, valued at approximately ₹152 crore, includes an option to increase up to ₹292 crore.
The contract, awarded by an undisclosed international entity, is expected to be executed by December 2027. The name of the awarding entity has not been disclosed due to European General Data Privacy Regulations and a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the customer.
This development marks a substantial achievement for Quality Power’s subsidiary, as it underscores the company’s growing presence in the international market for advanced energy solutions. The order involves the integration of a single large battery energy storage system, which is pivotal in enhancing energy efficiency and reliability.
Quality Power has confirmed that there is no interest from the promoter group or related party transactions associated with this order. The company’s compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, has been duly noted.
