A B Infrabuild Limited has received a significant boost to its order book after securing a Letter of Acceptance for a new infrastructure project from East Coast Railways, a zonal unit of Indian Railways. The project involves the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) aimed at improving rail and road connectivity while enhancing commuter safety in the region.

The awarded project covers the construction of a ROB with a complex structural design, including a 1×36 metre composite girder span, 2×24 metre composite girder spans, and 4×18.75 metre RCCT beam girder spans. This bridge will be developed at Railway Kilometer 641/19–21, replacing Level Crossing No. 341 located between Kilometer 641/17–19 on the Jhadupudi–Sompeta railway section. The project falls under the Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railways, a zone known for its strategic importance in the eastern railway network.

As per the disclosure made under SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, the total contract value of the project stands at ₹55.26 crore. The execution timeline for the project is 24 months, during which A B Infrabuild Limited will carry out construction in accordance with the tender conditions, including performance security and contractual obligations defined by Indian Railways.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest. Additionally, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and has been confirmed to be conducted at arm’s length, ensuring full regulatory compliance and transparency.
