The acquisition was finalised on 1 May 2026, following the terms and conditions outlined in the Share Purchase Agreement. This development comes after an earlier announcement on 30 April 2026 regarding the company’s intent to acquire a 100% stake in SDCPL.
The acquisition aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The necessary disclosures, as mandated by SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, have been previously communicated in the company’s earlier intimation.
