Panacea Biotec has informed the stock exchanges that its Chief Financial Officer and Head of Information Technology, Devender Gupta, has tendered his resignation citing personal reasons.
According to the company’s filing dated November 26, 2025, Gupta — who is also designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) — has requested to be relieved from his duties on or before December 15, 2025. The Board has accepted his resignation, and he will cease to be the KMP responsible for materiality determinations and stock exchange disclosures under SEBI regulations.
The filing also notes that Amit Gupta, General Manager – Accounts & Finance, will take charge of the accounts and finance functions following the CFO’s exit.
Resignation letter details
The resignation letter included in the filing shows Gupta expressing deep gratitude to the company’s promoters, Board, and colleagues. He describes Panacea Biotec as “a family where I lived and an unforgettable part of my life’s journey,” while requesting formal notification of his resignation to the Registrar of Companies and stock exchanges as required.
