Saatvik Green Energy has added another major win to its order book, with its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, receiving and accepting a fresh order worth ₹177.50 crore from a reputed domestic Independent Power Producer/EPC player. The company shared this update under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The new mandate is for the supply of high-quality solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, which will be delivered between November and December 2025. Since the order comes from a domestic player and has been classified as a repeat order, it signals strong customer confidence in Saatvik’s manufacturing capabilities and product performance.
According to the company, this transaction does not involve any related-party element, and the promoters or group companies have no interest in the awarding entity. With this fresh order, Saatvik Green Energy continues to strengthen its position in India’s fast-growing solar manufacturing and EPC supply ecosystem.
