SML Mahindra Ltd saw its shares drop more than 3% after the company announced its Q2FY26 results, as profitability declined despite marginal revenue growth. As of 9:50 AM, the shares were trading 3.53% higher at Rs 2,850.20.

The company reported revenue of Rs 555 crore, a slight increase from Rs 550 crore in the same period last year. However, EBITDA fell to Rs 41.9 crore from Rs 44.8 crore, while net profit slipped to Rs 21 crore from Rs 22 crore. This resulted in a contraction of the EBITDA margin to 7.6% from 8.1% year-on-year.
