SML Isuzu Limited has announced its sales performance for the month of August 2025. According to the company’s disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the overall sales for August stood at 842 units, marking a 15% decline compared to 990 units sold in the same month last year.

Breaking down the figures, cargo vehicle sales rose to 321 units in August 2025, up 6% from 303 units in August 2024. On the other hand, passenger vehicle sales fell sharply by 24%, with 521 units sold compared to 687 units in the year-ago period.

For the cumulative period from April to August 2025-26, total sales reached 7,195 units, reflecting a 9% increase over 6,572 units during the same period in 2024-25. Cargo vehicles saw a strong growth of 39% for the five-month period, while passenger vehicle sales remained relatively stable, with a marginal increase of 1%.
