RateGain Travel Technologies announced a key leadership change on May 5, 2025, with the appointment of Rohan Mittal as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 6. Mittal succeeds Tanmaya Das, who has resigned from the position to take a career break and spend time with his family.
Rohan Mittal, an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and Punjab Engineering College, brings over 18 years of financial leadership experience. He previously served as Group CFO at Yatra Online Inc., where he played a crucial role in the company’s public listing in India. Mittal has also held senior leadership positions at AllCargo Logistics, driving revenue growth and turnaround strategies.
The Board also approved the elevation of Deepak Kapoor as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Kapoor has been instrumental in developing AI-based SaaS products and cloud-native platforms for RateGain and will now lead the company’s AI-driven innovation strategy.
Tanmaya Das will remain associated with the company until June 30, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition.
