Aamir Khan celebrated a major milestone as he will turn 60 tomorrow. Ahead of the big day, the actor hosted a meet and greet with the media at Taj Lands End in Mumbai and took on questions from the media.
The superstar was asked about his meeting last night with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, who are not only his contemporaries, but also his friends. The media inquired what they talked about, to which, Aamir joked that they gossiped about the media.
A journalist asked him if the actors discussed how they are all turning 60 this year. The Dangal star replied, “No actually we didn’t talk about our birthdays at all (giggling). I think we forgot. Yahan wahan ki baatein kar rahe the. Gossiping about you all.”
He added on a more serious note that the friends had met after a long time and had a great afternoon together.
What’s next for Aamir
Aamir is looking forward to the release of his upcoming movie, Sitaare Zameen Par. The movie shall be a sequel to 2007 movie ‘Taare Zameen Par’, that marked his directorial debut and received critical acclaim.
However, the film will be having a fresh story and characters, and is expected to release this year.
