Samay Raina has been facing the heat since Ranveer Allahbadia made the “sex with parents” remark on his show, India’s Got Latent. The comedian, who is currently in Canada, for his tour, Samay Raina Unfiltered tour, addressed the crowd saying that he is worried.
Samay said, “Jaane se pehle, ek-do baatein karna chahta hoon… Pehli baat toh thank you so much for coming out tonight,” he continued and added, “Baat yeh hai jo tumse kehni hai mujhe bhai, ke main iss time bahut pareshaan hoon.”
In response crowd rallied behind the comedian and his fans screamed that they loved him. Overwhelmed by their response, Samay responded that he also loved his fans for their relentless support.
Meanwhile, YouTubers Ashish Chanchlani, who also appeared as guest on India’s Got Latent, and Ranveer appeared before Maharashtra Cyber officials to record their statements.
As per the report by NDTV, Ranveer admitted to his mistake of making the insensitive remark and admitted that he appeared on the show because he was friends with Samay. He also revealed that he was not paid for his appearance. He informed the officers that YouTubers generally share friendly ties and keep on making appearances on each other’s shows.
