Doms Industries Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of a 51.77% stake in Uniclan Healthcare Private Limited. This acquisition, valued at ₹54.88 crore, was finalized through a Share Purchase Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement, and Shareholders Agreement.
As part of the deal, Doms Industries subscribed to 37,44,708 equity shares and purchased 33,71,372 shares from existing shareholders of Uniclan. The transaction was completed on September 16, 2024, making Uniclan Healthcare a subsidiary of Doms Industries.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Doms Industries’ presence in the healthcare sector, positioning the company for further growth and expansion.
