Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has announced that Sanjeev Singhal, the current Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) has received extension on his current term. This extension is effective from August 1, 2024, and will continue for a period of five months or until a regular incumbent assumes charge, whichever is earlier.
The appointment was confirmed by the Ministry of Defence. Singhal’s continued leadership in this dual role is expected to provide stability and strategic direction for the company during this interim period.
