RVNL recently announced a partnership with Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn Berhad (DMIA) to enter the ASEAN market and build a manufacturing base in Malaysia.
As per the exchange filing, the company shared that the main goal of this MOU is to outline the terms and conditions under which RVNL and DMIA may collaborate to work jointly to participate in railway infrastructure and services projects in the ASEAN market and other markets as agreed, with a special focus on developing a manufacturing base in Malaysia for railway coaches and other railway products to cater to the growing need of ASEAN nations.
In the meantime, today on August 21, RVNL’s share was up 0.39% to close at Rs 563.90.
