Rane (Madras) Limited reported a strong performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with robust growth in revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis. The auto components manufacturer posted a sharp rise in net profit driven by improved operational performance and higher income from operations.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations during Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,047.87 crore, registering a growth of 16.3% compared to ₹901.34 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Total income for the quarter increased 16.2% YoY to ₹1,051.69 crore against ₹905.31 crore in Q4 FY25.

The company’s operating performance also improved during the quarter. Profit before exceptional items and tax surged 186.4% YoY to ₹48.55 crore compared to ₹16.95 crore in the year-ago period.

Rane (Madras) reported a consolidated net profit of ₹36.96 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a sharp jump of 466.9% from ₹6.52 crore posted in Q4 FY25.

Total expenses during the quarter rose 14.4% YoY to ₹1,003.14 crore versus ₹876.55 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year, mainly due to higher raw material and employee benefit costs.

For the full financial year FY26, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹3,862.92 crore, up 13.4% from ₹3,405.75 crore in FY25.

Annual net profit climbed 185.5% YoY to ₹107.48 crore compared to ₹37.65 crore reported in the previous financial year.

Profit before tax for FY26 stood at ₹145.76 crore, registering a growth of 87.1% against ₹77.90 crore in FY25.
