Anurag Kashyap, who currently featured in Bad Cop on Disney Plus Hotstar, recalled a time when he had to spend a night in jail. The filmmaker revealed that he was made to spend a night in the cell for slapping a wrong person.
In a conversation with Samay Raina for his YouTube channel, Anurag said that the man who put him in jail is the same man who changed his life completely. He even revealed that the man, who put him in the jail, was the same man who got him out of it. He was also impressed with the filmmaker for he stood with the right thing.
While Anurag did not share much details about the incident, it surely left his co-star Gulshan Devaiah stunned. He also recalled when a stranger walked into his residence and asked him to read his script. He also remembered the man telling him that the latter’s father was no more.
In another conversation with Unfiltered with Samdish, the filmmaker had recalled being arrested in Saudi Arabia for being drunk.
