The 42-year-old reality star Kim Kardashian thought back on her marriage to Kanye West while purging a storage facility of clothing and mementos she had gathered over the years on Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians.
In a candid interview, a producer reminded Kim that the day she was going through the rapper’s belongings, her divorce from the 46-year-old musician had already been finalised.
Thecreator of SKIMS acknowledged the challenges she has had after her divorce but said she would “never take back any of the hard things that have happened or any of the hard times.”
“I love my life, but it’s time to do something different and I just need a minute,” she acknowledged. “It’s like the memories, it’s sad.”
Despite the fact that the divorce was highly publicised and the former couple had their disagreements, Kim insisted she didn’t want her children to miss out on having “the best dad in the entire world” as a father. She acknowledged that Kanye had previously requested her to “burn his stuff,” but she had kept the memories for her children to cherish when they get older.
