The BTS members have a huge presence on Instagram. Together, their seven personal accounts and one official team account add up to hundreds of millions of followers. Jungkook, the youngest member, recently surprised everyone by revealing a secret account called mnijungkook. He created it back in January because he wanted to do a three-way livestream with V and RM. As soon as he went public with it, thousands of fans joined within hours. The internet and the fandom were full of disbelief. His followers have kept growing every day. In just a couple of weeks, he crossed the 10 million mark.

A recent 24-hour tracking shows that BTS is still at the top of the most followed K-pop celebrities on Instagram. Jungkook’s account alone gained over 229,000 followers in just one day. V is second, adding around 47,000 in 24 hours. Jimin comes next, with more than 35,000 new followers.

Suga, Jin, and J-Hope follow close behind. Suga added over 32,000, Jin grew by 30,700, and J-Hope gained 30,200. Their streak is briefly interrupted by the girl group KATSEYE. They got a boost from their explosive Lollapalooza 2025 performance, attracting over 29,000 new fans. RM, with his dog profile picture, gained more than 28,000. The official BTS account also added over 26,000 followers.
