Post Malone surprised fans when he took a sudden fall off the stage during his Arizona concert at State Farm Stadium on June 21. The mishap occurred as he performed his song “Pour Me A Drink.” While approaching the edge of the stage with a plastic cup in hand, Malone knelt to toast a front-row fan. At that moment, the stage ledge beneath him gave way, causing him to tumble off the stage unexpectedly. A fan who captured the moment on video later uploaded the clip to TikTok, where it quickly gained traction and spread across social media platforms.
The fan who filmed the fall added a humorous apology in the video caption, referencing lyrics from the same song: “I didn’t mean to almost break your back.” They also expressed genuine concern and admiration, writing, “I am SO sorry Austin. I love you! Such an amazing show.” In the footage, Malone appears to land on his feet while still clutching his drink. Fans in the surrounding area gasped in alarm as the singer disappeared beneath the stage. Though the video didn’t show what followed, other clips confirmed that Malone was not seriously hurt.
Despite the fall, Post Malone quickly got back up and continued his performance. He resumed singing “Pour Me A Drink” and even raised his cup to the crowd, brushing off the accident as if nothing had happened. Fans in attendance praised his resilience and dedication to the show. He has since carried on with his Big Ass Stadium tour alongside Jelly Roll and is expected to take the tour internationally in August.
This is not the first time Post Malone has had a stage accident. In September 2022, during a performance in St. Louis, he fell through a stage trapdoor and was hospitalized with bruised ribs. That incident required medical treatment and caused him to miss part of the show. He later addressed the fans in a video, expressing regret and promising a longer performance the next time he returned to the city.
Despite these setbacks, Post Malone continues to show his commitment to fans, performing through pain and keeping his tour on track. His ability to stay composed under unexpected circumstances has only added to his reputation as a fan favorite.
