Exciting news for BLINKs! BLACKPINK is reportedly gearing up for a long-awaited comeback with full-group activities. According to a June 17 report by Korean outlet Busan Ilbo, the group is expected to release new music soon—possibly even before the end of this month.
The comeback is said to arrive ahead of their third world tour, the 2025 DEADLINE World Tour, which begins on July 5 in Goyang. While no details have been confirmed by YG Entertainment, the report stated that the group may drop a “new song” rather than a full album.
This caused some disappointment among fans, as many were hoping for a full-length project. Similar speculation happened last month when YG’s General Producer Yang Hyun Suk mentioned BLACKPINK’s return, but only referred to a “song,” with no mention of an album.
According to insiders, BLACKPINK started filming the music video for the track on June 6. Still, fans remain skeptical. Without an official teaser, poster, or presave link, many are refusing to believe the news.
On social media, BLINKs shared comments like:
“We are not moving until the teaser and pre-save link is posted” and
“It’s a lie until I see the teaser.”
While anticipation remains high, fans are keeping their expectations grounded until YG makes an official announcement.
