Bella Hadid is opening up about a new and exciting chapter in her life: motherhood. In a heartfelt interview with British Vogue, the supermodel expressed her deep desire to start a family, inspired in part by watching her sister Gigi Hadid raise her daughter Khai.
“Family is on my mind,” Bella shared. “I can’t wait to be a mom.” She reflected on how becoming a dependable, consistent presence in someone’s life would be a profound personal transformation for her—something far more meaningful than fame or recognition. Although marriage never featured prominently in her dreams, motherhood has always been a vision she’s held close, believing it will bring her true happiness.
Bella also gushed about her niece Khai, calling her “the best thing since sliced bread” and emphasizing her admiration for Gigi, whom she described as a “superhero.” Bella’s devotion to family and her role as an auntie shine clearly in her words.
Since October 2023, Bella has been in a relationship with Mexican-American equestrian Adan Banuelos. They met at a horse show, where Bella was getting a cowboy hat fitted and noticed him walking in—a moment she described as “a gust of fresh air.” She admitted she’d always wanted a cowboy and found Adan strikingly handsome. Interestingly, Banuelos didn’t initially know who Bella was, which she found refreshingly normal.
The couple has since made their romance public, with Bella sharing sweet moments on social media—from a Valentine’s Day post calling him “My valentine” to appearing together at horse events and Bella’s touching birthday tribute to him.
