Kayla Nicole recently sparked renewed speculation about her past relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce during a candid discussion about cheating on her podcast, The Pre-Game. While she didn’t name Kelce directly, her emotional reflections on betrayal and trust in relationships led fans to make connections to her high-profile, on-and-off relationship with the football star, which ended in 2022.
In the episode, Nicole shared her thoughts on how being raised with fairy tale ideals about love, particularly from Disney movies and church teachings, shaped her beliefs about relationships. She expressed that she had always been conditioned to believe that when two people are in a relationship or marriage, they should remain committed to each other exclusively. However, she noted, “Have I experienced that in dating and relationships in my life? No.”
Nicole went on to discuss the deep emotional toll that infidelity has taken on her. She explained how being cheated on has left lasting scars, impacting her ability to trust in future relationships. “The heartbreak and devastation that comes with that. The insecurities that come with that. It can be overwhelming,” she said.
