The since-deleted post claimed Israel to be the “only country in the world who keeps children as prisoners of war.” The post also blamed Israel for abduction, rape, humiliation, torture, and murder of Palestinian for years before October 7, 2023.

Gigi also shared photos of Ahmed Manasara, a Palestinian man who was convicted of attempted murder in relation to 2015 stabbings of Jewish settlement in east Jerusalem. The picture also featured his cousin Hassan Manasara, who was shot dead by the police.

Ahmed’s lawyers had argued in court that he has not stabbed anyone, despite of which he was sentenced to twelve years in prison, which was later reduced to nine and half years.

According to Amnesty International, Ahmed developed Schizophrenia and severe depression inside jail, which has been proved life threatening. Despite of this, he was not granted early release, which was used by Gigi as an example to enlighten how “hundreds of Palestinian children [who] remain detained, suffering in Israeli jails.”
