Tata Motors has stated that the Curvv will be launched on August 7th. Tata will offer the Curvv with petrol, diesel and electric engines. The new SUV Coupe will be positioned in the lineup between the Harrier and the Nexon. The forthcoming Citroen Basalt will be the Curvv’s main competition.
Three driving modes, City, Eco and Sport, will be offered. Additionally, a digital driver’s display, taken from the Punch EV and Nexon EV, would be included. In addition, the Curvv will feature a touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front seats, a wireless charger, a multifunction steering wheel, automated temperature control and a sunroof. It is anticipated that ADAS will also be available.
Tata Curvv feature
A 1.5-litre diesel engine, already seen in the Tata Altroz and Nexon will be offered for the Curvv. Additionally, a turbocharged petrol engine is expected to be available. There will be a 6-speed manual gearbox available and an automated transmission is expected to be available as well.
Tata Curvv EV feature
The Curvv EV will be built on Tata’s new active.ev platform, which was first revealed with the Punch EV. The Tata Curvv EV is expected to have a range of about 500 kilometres. Brake regeneration, driving modes, Vehicle to Load functionality and DC charging are some of the features that the Curvv EV will include.
