This joint venture will focus on the development of the Intra State Transmission System in the State of Rajasthan. POWERGRID holds a 74% equity share in the joint venture, with RVPN holding the remaining 26%.
 
                  
The project involves the development of a 765/400 kV substation at a strategic location near Ghiror in the Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh.
 
                  
The acquisition was completed with an aggregate value of about ₹18.95 Crore, including 50,000 equity shares at par (₹10 each) along with the assets and liabilities of the company.
