MTAR Technologies reported a strong performance for the quarter ended March 2026, driven by robust growth in revenue and profitability on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹44.28 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a sharp rise of 222.7% compared to ₹13.72 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations climbed 67.2% YoY to ₹306.07 crore in the March quarter, against ₹183.09 crore recorded in Q4 FY25.

Profit before tax (PBT) also witnessed significant growth, rising 219.7% YoY to ₹59.54 crore from ₹18.62 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

Total expenses during the quarter increased to ₹262.92 crore from ₹164.50 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting higher operational activity and scale-up in business execution.

For the full financial year FY26, MTAR Technologies reported revenue from operations of ₹876.21 crore, compared to ₹675.99 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 29.6%.

Annual net profit surged to ₹94.03 crore in FY26 from ₹52.89 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting a rise of nearly 77.8%.

The company’s employee benefit expenses stood at ₹43.05 crore in Q4 FY26 versus ₹34.51 crore in the year-ago quarter, while finance costs increased to ₹9.62 crore from ₹5.93 crore.
