Shakti Pumps (India) Limited reported its Q4 FY26 results with strong revenue growth but a sharp decline in profitability on a year-on-year basis.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹38.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2026, down 65.2% compared to ₹110.23 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations surged 28.9% YoY to ₹857.77 crore against ₹665.32 crore in Q4 FY25, driven by higher business activity and improved demand across segments.

Total income for the quarter stood at ₹867.47 crore, registering a growth of 29.5% from ₹669.76 crore reported a year ago.

On the operational front, total expenses increased sharply to ₹801.26 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹519.53 crore in the same quarter previous year, reflecting higher raw material costs and overall operating expenses.

Profit before tax (PBT) declined 55.9% YoY to ₹66.21 crore as compared to ₹150.23 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Employee benefit expenses rose 31.9% YoY to ₹36.08 crore, while finance costs increased 40.1% to ₹17.90 crore during the quarter. Other expenses nearly doubled, rising 91.3% YoY to ₹106.54 crore.

For the full financial year ended March 2026, Shakti Pumps reported revenue from operations of ₹2,697.61 crore, up 7.2% compared to ₹2,516.24 crore in FY25.
