BF Utilities reported a marginal improvement in its financial performance for the second quarter of FY26, with growth across profit, revenue, and operating metrics.

For the quarter ended Q2 FY26, the company’s net profit stood at Rs 38 crore, compared with Rs 37 crore in Q2 FY25, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 2.7%.

Revenue from operations rose to Rs 212 crore during the quarter, up from Rs 197 crore in the corresponding period last year, marking a 7.2% YoY growth.

On the operating front, EBITDA increased to Rs 167 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 152 crore a year earlier, registering a 9.8% year-on-year rise. The improvement in operating performance led to an expansion in margins.

EBITDA margin for the quarter improved to 78.8%, compared with 76.9% in Q2 FY25, translating into a margin expansion of 187 basis points.

The results highlight steady operational performance during the quarter, with gains across key financial parameters.
