M&M Financial Services share price jumped almost 4% in late trade on Tuesday after the company released its business update. M&M Financial share price hit an intraday high of Rs 299 against its previous close of Rs 286.95. The NBFC’s disbursals in March came in at record high levels at Rs 6,100 crore, up 8.9% on a YoY basis and 29% on a MoM basis.
M&M Financial’s collection efficiency however dipped on a MoM basis to 101% against 105% in the previous month. On a quarterly basis, the collection efficiency came in at 98% against 99% & 94% on a YoY and QoQ basis, respectively. The GNPA ratio as reported by the company stood at 3.3% vs 4% on a QoQ basis.
In the year so far, the stock has surged 6.6% but is up 27% in the last one year, which is however comparatively lower than its peers.
