He falls in love with her childhood friend Parvati, also known as Paro. they both wanted to get married to each other. However, Devdas’s family denied his wish and humiliates Paro. She later was married to another man and left her place to live with her husband. Heartbroken and forlorn, Devdas travels to a brothel and met an extremely beautiful dancer Chandramukhi who immediately falls in love with him, but in Devdas’s heart, it was only Paro. Devdas soon become a slave of alcoholism which results in his extremely bad health. When Devdas realized that he might won’t be able to make it for long, he leaves to meet Paro for the last time and died in front of her.

However, Aman persuaded another guy named Rohit who also had feelings for Naina, to marry her because Aman was dying from a poor heart condition. Aman sacrificed her love for Naina so that she could marry Rohit and live a happy life even without him. after their marriage, Aman could not take it anymore and died due to his illness.
