On June 2, Guiry found himself in hot water again. As reported by TMZ, he allegedly threw a 35-pound dumbbell at the windshield of a Jeep, leading to his arrest. The Horry County Sheriffs responded to a disturbance call and found Guiry on the street, apparently looking for his wife.

During the interaction with the police, the owner of the damaged car exclaimed, “Really? My window’s been shattered.” Guiry, in a remorseful tone, admitted to the act, saying, “I did it. I’m sorry man. I’m coming back to get you … I … sorry brother, I’ll pay you back.”

The situation escalated when the car owner informed the authorities that Guiry had approached his front door earlier, ringing the bell while holding a knife. Consequently, Guiry was arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct, and malicious damage.
