Joe Biden swore in as the 46th President of the United States of America today. The election results declaring Biden’s victory was a historical moment. The country has also got its first female vice president, Kamala Devi Harris. Celebrities have taken to their social media handles to share their excitement about the Inauguration Day.

It is indeed a new phase in American politics. The Presidential Inaugural Committee announced “America United” as the theme of the day. They explained on their website, “At a time of unprecedented crisis and deep divisions, America United reflects the beginning of a new national journey that restores the soul of America, brings the country together, and creates a path to a brighter future.”


Former presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton graced the occasion with their presence. Previously, many celebrities expressed their happiness on the projected election wins.
