Paras Defence and Space Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Complus Systems Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, and JV Micronics, Faridabad. This strategic collaboration aims to leverage the combined expertise of the three companies to pursue opportunities in the design, development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of Anechoic and Semi-Anechoic Chambers both in India and internationally.
As the consortium leader, Paras Defence will oversee the design, development, manufacturing, and installation of the chambers, along with the associated filters and engineered points of entry. The company will also coordinate business development activities, represent the consortium in external engagements, and provide overall strategic direction.
Complus Systems will contribute its comprehensive technical expertise, which includes instrumentation procurement, engineering support, and active participation in project execution, tailored to meet specific project requirements.
JV Micronics will provide manufacturing, integration, and support services for RF absorbers and related products and solutions as part of the consortium’s projects.
This collaboration is expected to enhance the capabilities of all three companies in delivering advanced chamber solutions and expanding their market presence.
